Lydia A. Woodward diary, 1905.

A small pocket diary (January 1-September 29, 1905) kept by a Cottage Grove (Minn.) woman containing brief entries with information on the weather, social events, funerals, church services, the family's sheep raising business, trips and visits to Stillwater and other towns in the area, and an account of Woodward's trip to visit friends and relatives in Vermont (Aug. 7-Sept.4). The last pages of the diary contain memoranda of letters received, cash transactions (January 1-July 13), and addresses. Accompanied by family data from the 1905 Minnesota state census.
